The American Concrete Institute has opened registration for ACI Concrete Convention, April 2-6 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The event showcases companies, projects, and research, while offering numerous networking opportunities for attendees to meet with many of the industry’s leading professionals. An exhibit hall presents advanced products and services for concrete practitioners. Rounding out the schedule are over 300 committee meetings and 45-plus technical or educational sessions, presented live with on-demand viewing afterwards, or virtually through the convention platform.
Among highlights of the five-day gathering:
• Opening Session with address from ACI President Charles Nmai (Master Builders Solutions);
• NEU: An ACI Center of Excellence for Carbon Neutral Concrete Specialty Day;
• NEx: An ACI Center of Excellence for Nonmetallic Building Materials Workshop;
• Concrete Mixer networking event at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square; and,
• Student Fiber-Reinforced Concrete Bowling Ball Competition.
