Bolt Up Building is configured for easy installation and to provide industrial operators a structural solution on most any property. The structure is weld free and bolts together for easy assembly with few tools. The standard package includes an installation guide, framing, roof, cladding, trim, doors and all the required accessories to complete a fully functional building rated for up to 145-mph wind and 30-lb. ground snow loads. Bolt Up Building kits are available in four sizes, all with 12-ft. sidewalls: 20- x 24-ft., 24- x 30-ft., 30- x 40-ft. and 30- x 52-ft. Operators needing a more comprehensive structure can turn to the Premium Bolt Up Package, which includes everything in the standard kit plus gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation barrier.
Bolt Up Kit framing comprises 14-gauge, red-iron 12-ft. sidewall columns and rafters; 16-gauge roof purlins; and, 3/8-in. structural steel plates. The roof and wall cladding are constructed from prime, 26- gauge acrylic Galvalume R-Loc in a choice of five colors.
