Wiggert DWM models suit ready mixed and precast concrete operations requiring high output of quality mixes. Equipped with counter rotating shafts, the powerful twin-shaft series delivers fast mixing action and rapid discharge; handles mix designs with coarse aggregates; and, is available in five sizes ranging from 2- to 6-yd. output. Features of the German-engineered mixer include wear-resistant Ni-Hard arms and shovels, replaceable Armor Plate wear liners, plus an oversized discharge gate. The latter shortens cycle time and is hydraulically actuated, with all critical components mounted externally to avoid exposure to the concrete mix.
An optional “weigher frame” section is integrated into the DWM mixer top cover and shipped as a single unit. It includes a cement weigh hopper, aggregate holding or weighing hopper, and galvanized water weigher.
