The volunteer leadership of the Concrete Masonry Checkoff, launched in 2022 with U.S. Department of Commerce oversight, is seeking a chief executive officer to play a key role initiating the transformation, growth, and future success of the concrete block business. Reporting to the CMC Board, the CEO will a) work with a team that includes legal counsel, communications and coordination, plus administrative support; manage all Checkoff programs and initiatives; and, assure compliance with the (Checkoff-enabling) Concrete Masonry Products Research, Education and Promotion Act and companion Commerce Department order.
