One of the latest additions to A-Lok Products’ precast accessories line is the hoop support. The injection-molded, polypropylene device fits a ¼-in. diameter hole drilled into a manhole or riser core, and positions reinforcing hoops just over 2 inches from the inner wall with an end cradle. The support’s serrated locking mechanism snaps off the core when the form is stripped.
