Closing on Harmony Outdoor Living Inc., Oldcastle Architectural is set to expand its Belgard Hardscapes collection with a suite of pre-built elements for a range of exterior settings. “This acquisition is a strong strategic fit for our Belgard business and our commitment to bring contractors and installers solutions that will help them serve their customers and grow their businesses,” says Oldcastle Architectural CEO Keith Haas.
The producer first partnered with Burlington, Wis.-based Harmony Outdoor Living four years ago to offer contractors the Belgard Elements Collection of modular fire or water features, grill stations and kitchen islands, the structures integrating with Belgard Hardscapes paver and wall block. The acquisition enables Oldcastle Architectural to expand Elements Collection design offerings and increase their availability throughout North America via the comprehensive Belgard Authorized Dealer and Authorized Contractor network.
