Command Alkon has continued international business development with the acquisition of KP Consulting, a São Paulo-based provider of dispatch and quality control solutions. With more than 10 years’ market presence and staff of 25, it will maintain the KP Consulting brand, support existing product lines, and operate as new Command Alkon division.
“This business combination will provide global industry solutions and local, cost-effective service to our customers in the region,” says Command Alkon President Phil Ramsey. Customers will benefit from the companies’ combined resources, he adds, and have access to the best technological solutions for the worldwide construction materials industry.
“The union with Command Alkon will anticipate our presence in the international market and also offer products that our customers have requested, such as aggregate, asphalt, and cement plant automation. Our products and professionals will keep on developing our products, now using all the knowledge provided by Command Alkon,” says KP Director Kleber Rodrigues, Jr.
The KP Division joins Command Alkon’s growing stable of overseas operations, including offices in Australia, Colombia, India, France, the Netherlands and United Kingdom.
