The verdict in Environmental Manufacturing Solutions, LLC v. Peach State Labs, Inc. affects EMS Ready-Mix Truck Wash and Wax, plus five other branded compounds. Melbourne, Fla.-based EMS claims widespread heavy-duty truck OEM and body builder approval for the mixer product.
