WIRELESS ASSET LOCATING, LOGISTICS MODULE
Especially suited to ready mixed and aggregate operations, the TrakitALL Asset Locating and Logistics module is a complete, satellite-managed global asset-locating system that collects data from remote wireless devices attached to fixed and mobile units. Quickly locating assets via TrakitALL enables users to deliver improved customer service, maximize asset usage, minimize fuel costs, and reduce theft or speed recovery of missing equipment, system developers contend.
The RoHS-compliant system meets SAE J1455, MIL STD 810 and NEMA 4X/IP68 standards to provide a robust solution reportedly equal to handling even extreme terrains and weather conditions. The module can be used as a stand-alone tool or integrated with the TrakitGPS fleet-tracking system.
Powered by two or four off-the-shelf AA batteries (with expected battery life of four-plus years), the TrakitALL system comprises a remote wireless satellite transmitter with integrated GPS chipset, motion sensor, and sensor inputs. Each transmitter typically installs in minutes, company representatives affirm, and can be easily relocated to another asset should tracking needs change.
The TrakitALL transmitter can be user-configured to send GPS sensor information via satellite at a specified time or interval, upon asset movement, or egress beyond a particular geographical area. An alternate reporting schedule can be set to trigger by integrated motion sensors. The system sends user alerts based on movement Û according to distance travelled or specific timeframes Û and low battery indications. A special Notes field allows users to track scheduled timeframes, equipment availability, items for sale, known equipment issues, and equipment assignments to current job/customer. TrakitGPS

AUTOMATED DISPATCH
CommandOptimize offers computer-optimized dispatching that balances cost and service, system developers affirm, as it creates and continually adjusts an operational plan for current and subsequent dispatch days. It automatically allocates loads to trucks, suggests a detailed driver call-in plan, recommends cost-effective load assignments, immediately replans in the event of plant shutdown or truck-out-of-service situations, and provides continuous updates of the real-time dispatch schedule.
