Charah, Inc. has named Danny Gray chief operating officer. Bringing 30-plus years’ experience in the electric utility and coal ash management industries, he served most recently as vice president of Mineral Resource Technologies, Inc. Prior to MRT, he was senior vice president of ISG Resources, Inc., and served from 1988 until 1997 as president of JTM Engineering.

Metal Forms Corp. has purchased Glendale, Wis.-based Sterling Handling Equipment, Inc. As MFC celebrates its centennial this year and Sterling Wheelbarrow Co. was incorporated in 1904, both companies can boast at least a century of manufacturing in the Milwaukee area. MFC plans to move the Sterling operations to its manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee, where the equipment line will serve as the cornerstone of a new Handling Division.
