White Cap extends rebar capabilities with Crimson Steel Supply

**Crimson Steel is part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.**

White Cap, one of the top suppliers to concrete contractors, has acquired Crimson Steel Supply LLC, a distributor and fabricator of engineered rebar and structural steel products serving commercial or heavy/civil accounts from Muskogee, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla. shops. With a payroll of 100-plus, the 14-year-old firm has built a leading position in rebar fabrication with a focus on projects throughout Oklahoma and neighboring states. The transaction was consummated with principals and their Tulsa-based partner, Argonaut Private Equity.
