Pave America LLC, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners and Shoreline Equity Partners, has aligned with Magnum Paving, a leading provider of pavement services to commercial and municipal customers. Based in Villa Rica, Ga., Magnum is one of the premier pavement service providers across the greater Atlanta area. The partnership strengthens Pave America’s presence in the market while management continues to look to team with peer contractors across the U.S. Magnum President Tyler Dickinson will maintain an active leadership role in the business.

Orion Group Holdings Inc., a leading specialty construction company, has rebranded its TAS Concrete Construction subsidiary as Orion. This move reflects a strategic initiative to integrate different service offerings under one banner to leverage the company’s brand reputation and deliver customers greater value and seamless project execution. TAS Concrete Construction was acquired by Orion Group in 2015; the company’s concrete and marine segments will operate together under the Orion name, becoming a single source for specialty construction and engineering.

The International Concrete Repair Institute has announced its 2024 officers: President Brian MacNeil of Mac & Mac Hydrodemolition; President-Elect Gerard Moulzolf of American Engineering Testing; Vice President David Karins of Karins Engineering Group; Treasurer Natalie Faber of Aquafin Inc.; and, Secretary Dan Wald of Beacon/Coastal. Pierre Hebert of Sika Canada will continue on the board as immediate past-president.
