Alcrete LLC, a drainage structures operator with plants in Alabama and North Carolina, has acquired American Concrete Industries Inc. of Fort Pierce, Fla. The deal affords an NPCA Certified Plant, skilled workforce and 10-acre production site, while enabling Alcrete to expand its Southeast region reach and serve a significantly larger geography.
