Environmental Stoneworks sees stronger Southwest region and West Coast market presence through the acquisition of Canyon Stone and Installation, which operates a St. George, Utah, veneer stone plant and offers turnkey services throughout Utah and parts of Idaho and Nevada. The deal positions Environmental Stoneworks with a fifth plantÛjoining the Denver flagship, plus Georgia, Minnesota and Pennsylvania operationsÛand among the industry’s top three precast veneer producers.
This move allows [us] to solidify our position as the only national turnkey manufacturer and installer of stone and brick veneer, says Environmental Stoneworks CEO Charles Stein. By packaging manufacturing and installation services for builders and commercial property owners, he adds, the company delivers the most efficient stone veneer solutions and has created a competitive, single point of contact for customers.
