Newly named PCA Director of Environmental and Energy Policy Bryan Brendle will represent the U.S. cement industry on air quality, climate change and other regulatory issues, serving as a key liaison to the federal government. He was most recently director of Energy and Resources Policies at National Association of Manufacturers, where he secured energy and manufacturing provisions in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Prior to NAM, he was with a lobbying firm, Baise & Miller PC, and Water Environment Federation, both of Washington.
