The American National Standards Institute’s accreditation of the NPCA Plant Certification, indicating the program is administered in accordance with international standards, represents what the association notes is a coveted stamp of approval.

“ANSI accreditation took a great deal of effort by the Quality Assurance Committee and Technical staff,” says NPCA President Ty Gable. “To my knowledge, NPCA is the only concrete certification program to have achieved this distinction.”

NPCA has 365 certified precast plants. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and 36 state departments of transportation are among contracting entities requiring NPCA Plant Certification for precast used on their projects.
