Attendees of the 2012 International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla., last week were able to see Belgard Hardscapes and Eldorado Stone illustrate their versatility in the 14th annual BUILDER Concept Home series. The series features three distinct homes that reflect the different lifestyle needs of Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen B (Baby Boomers).

The outdoor surfaces of each home, including driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks, are covered with Belgard pavers. The Gen B home features Urbana Knightsbridge and a border of 12×12 Urbana Charcoal. The Gen X home features Mega Arbel Oak Run with a border of Urbana 12×12 Slate. Lastly, the Gen Y model has City Series 12×12 Cream and Appian Combo Cream.

Eldorado Stone featured three stone profiles for the model homes. The Oyster Cut Coarse stone veneer was used on the front elevation and outdoor kitchen of the Gen B house. Eldorado Autumn Leaf Rough Cut was used to accent interior walls and the outdoor living space of the Gen X home. The Gen Y house features PearlWhite Coastal Reef on the façade, courtyard and kitchen backsplash.

The trio of homes is set side-by-side on a cul-de-sac, and will serve as model homes for a 1,900-unit section of the Eagle Creek community near Orlando’s Lake Nona.
