Quikrete continues to build out a professional-grade, bagged product line, unveiling at World of Concrete 2016 a dry mix for structural bridge, parking deck, tunnel, dam, wall and floor repairs. Shipped in 80-lb. bags, Form and Pour is a high-flow, high-strength concrete ideally placed by pump. Its mix design includes micro silica, plastic shrinkage-reducing and air-entraining agents, portland cement, plus 3/8-in. or smaller aggregate.

Form and Pour suits vertical and horizontal conditions of 1.5- to 24-in. working area or mass, as it can be mixed from a stiff plastic to free flowing, virtually self-consolidating consistency. When mixed to slumps of 4 inches and 7-9 inches, the material achieves 28-day compressive strengths of 8,000+ psi and 6,500 psi, respectively. Quikrete is packaging Form and Pour in multiple plants and targeting construction supply house and other distribution channels, mostly outside big box retailers.
