New to the line are three collections: Bamboo is designed for floors and walls on its own or combined with other elements, especially to spaces dedicated to relaxation. Lithoverde consists entirely of recycled scraps generated during the traditional stone fabricating process and can be assembled according to designer-specified pattern. And Raw is a collection that stems from the precise intent to leave stone rough, alive and “wild.” Designer Piero Lissoni worked on the surface treatment of marble to expand and enhance the raw cut of touches of stone.

He obtained a number of pieces of stone that were sawn just like pieces of wood, transforming mechanical and precision cutting into raw cutting, to obtain an engraving-like effect on marble. — Opustone Natural Stone Distributors, 888/900-6787; www.opustone.com
