During the first half of this year, U.S. Concrete will move its Houston corporate office to Euless, Texas. The Dallas-area headquarters will be co-located with the home office of one of the producer’s largest regional businesses, Redi-Mix. The company employs 46 in Houston and will realize staff consolidation, cost savings, and improved operating efficiencies in the new location.

Individuals affected by the office move are being offered relocation or separation benefits accordingly. U.S. Concrete was founded in the late 1990s by Houston-based investors, but did not have charter operations in Texas. Deals for Redi-Mix and Ingram, plus bolt-on transactions, netted a major presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and west Texas.
