Abiding local, state, and federal limitations on travel and large group gatherings, the American Concrete Institute has announced a transition of the Concrete Convention, October 25-29 in Raleigh, N.C., from an in-person to 100 percent virtual event staged over similar dates.

To ensure their technical work proceeds on schedule despite cancellation of the American Concrete Institute spring convention, ACI committees will host nearly 300 online meetings over a March 28–April 2 schedule. Each meeting will follow the Central Daylight Time schedule that had been set for the broader Institute gathering near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
