Convening earlier this month in Rhode Island, NPCA elected Mike Hoffman, vice president of Corporate Development at Lindsay Precast Inc. as chairman for the next 12 months. A 32-year veteran of the Canal Fulton, Ohio, producer, Hoffman has a long history of NPCA committee and task group leadership and has served on the board since 2012.

Joining him as 2016-17 officers are Chairman-Elect Ashley Smith of Smith-Midland Corp. in Midland, Va., and Secretary/Treasurer Michael Hoffman of Lindsay Precast in Canal Fulton, Ohio.
