After winning “Best in Show” at a local Home and Garden show, students from the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology’s (CPI) Horticulture and Landscaping program in Pleasant Gap, Pa., permanently installed their patio design at a veteran’s home through EP Henry’s HeroScaping program.
