William F. Childs, IV retires this month as chief executive officer of Gambrills, Md.-based aggregate, ready mixed concrete and building materials supplier Chaney Enterprises. He will continue to serve as a director, while President Francis “Hall” Chaney, III assumes the CEO title and duties.
