Chaney Enterprises has announced a new sales department structure concurrent with two internal promotions to provide better customer service and align with the Maryland producer’s strategic growth. Sal Bianco has been promoted to Northern/Eastern Shore Sales and business development manager and Brandon Coombs to Southern Sales and business development manager. Texas-based U.S. Concrete, Inc. has named John Kunz as senior vice president and chief financial officer. His 30-plus years across financial disciplines include experience in accounting, tax, capital markets, corporate governance compliance, public company reporting and internal controls. Kunz most recently served as vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer of Tenneco Inc., where he was responsible for a team that handled all corporate and business unit accounting functions—consolidations, financial planning and analysis, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting among them.

Two Marriott hotels near Orlando’s Mall at Millenia are being built within a single structure as part of a dual-brand hotel concept made possible, in part, by the adaptability of precast.
