NRMCA has announced a first-of-a-kind virtual conference and exhibition to engage practitioners, researchers and policy makers around the world in an exchange of the latest ideas, knowledge and tools to build the future of concrete construction. Running November 30-December 10, the Global Concrete Summit will address developments related to design, specifying, manufacturing, testing, construction, maintenance and research of concrete as it relates to sustainable development. Presentation topics include innovation, resilience, life cycle assessment, low impact development, social responsibility, and public health.

NRMCA is mapping a late-September schedule of general or education sessions, committee meetings, plus keynote presentations on current political and economic issues as part of a ConcreteWorks 2020 reformatting from an in-person to online conference. The association is also planning a virtual exhibition allowing members to conduct business with plant and fleet equipment manufacturers.
