Major concrete accessories and hardware player Meadow Burke has acquired Boone, Iowa-based Thermomass, which offers patent-protected insulation systems for precast, tilt-up and cast-in-place walls. The deal extends a portfolio Meadow Burke expanded earlier this summer by acquiring Bowco Industries, a utility and underground-precast accessory specialist.
