Fister adds Speedy distribution machine, Bianchi Precast program

The inaugural Speedy model for the North American market was near front and center for attendees of the Precast Show, staged at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis.
Bianchi Precast Group has proved the Speedy and companion Concrete Distribution series machines at plants across Europe and Asia. Leading the machines’ safety features are top of cab cameras affording operators full perspective of plant and yard conditions.

Fister Inc. brought its largest offering to date to the 2025 Precast Show: Speedy, a concrete mix transportation and distribution machine uniquely suited to fabricating panel, double tee, column, bulb tee girder or other precast, prestressed elements. Equipped with a 6-yd.3 hopper, the machine conveys mixes to beds or forms through a 14- to 18-ft. long chute bearing a 12-in. diameter auger. The hopper and chute are available with optional 12-volt vibrators. Speedy is available with Tier IV diesel or battery electric power packages.

The hopper, drive cab and engine are mounted on a four-wheel, 14-ft. chassis with travel speed up to 12.5 mph. A turntable ring anchoring a rotating base on the Speedy chassis affords 180-degree movement for a chute with maximum positioning height of 11 feet. In terms of safety, the machine is equipped with rear radar for object detection and four cameras that yield a 360-degree view from top of the cab.

The Precast Show marked the premier of Speedy in North America, where Fister is now the official representative of the machine’s developer, Bianchi Casseforme S.r.l. in Parma, Italy. Fister will offer the Speedy and other Bianchi Concrete Distribution Series models, plus Bianchi Precast Group formwork, casting beds and accessories. The equipment program joins the company’s specialty aggregate, pigment and sandblasting product offerings. — Fister Inc., Batavia, Ill., 800/542-7393; www.fisterquarries.com
