Brickworks Supply Center – Chicago leaves no masonry unit unturned

Brickworks North America has opened an Illinois market centerpiece certain to enlighten design or trade professionals, developers and residential or commercial project owners of clay and concrete building and hardscape possibilities. At 21,500-sq. ft., the new Brickworks Supply Center – Chicago features: 

  • Consultation area where a team of experienced staff can offer professional advice on installation and design, review plans, and guide customers through product selection for projects of any size;
  • 3,000-sq.-ft. showroom with an impressive brick, stone and hardscape portfolio from a diverse array of premium producers;
  • 10,800-sq.-ft. warehouse hosting a large inventory of brick, natural and manufactured stone, clay and concrete pavers, wall products, lighting, firepits, artificial turf, and bulk materials—all combining to offer a convenient, one-stop-shop experience; 
  • 5,800-sq.-ft. trade center where builders, contractors, landscapers and homeowners can purchase necessary tools and supplies, from brick, stone, mortar and hardscapes to masonry accessories; and,
  • A modern event space for industry events hosted by Glen-Gery, Brickworks North America’s heritage masonry offering.

Brickworks Supply Center – Chicago is the company’s eighth Land of Lincoln facility, joining suburban Bridgeview, Des Plaines, Naperville, New Lenox and Schaumburg locations, plus downstate Champaign and Springfield satellites. The seven properties were part of a 2021 deal with Southfield Corp., netting Brickworks North America the Illinois Brick, Indiana Brick, Rose Brick, Edgewood Landscape Supply, and Lafayette Masonry Supply businesses. The Chicago location hosts the fourth Brickworks North America design center opened in or near the heart of a major city during the past five years, following locations in Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York, the latter along Fifth Avenue and serving as the international design flagship of Australia-based Brickworks Ltd.
