Solomon Colors has expanded granular pigment production beyond its central Illinois headquarters with the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Rialto, Calif. Set to be operational in Q1 2025, it increases ColorFlo SG Granular Color product capacity by 40 million pounds annually, enabling the company to better serve its ready mixed and manufactured-concrete customers with coloring agents produced in the U.S. The new equipment builds on a premier granulator built in 2018 at the company’s flagship operation.
“This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing customers with the best products and services in the industry,” says Chairman and CEO Richard Solomon. “The Rialto facility will not only enhance our production capabilities and expand our color offerings but also create new job opportunities in the local community.”
