
TCC Materials has consolidated wholly owned Minnesota subsidiaries Amcon Concrete Products LLC and Borgert Products LLC into its flagship business. With 30-plus facilities across 11 states, TCC Materials is now organized around four divisions: Standard Products Packaging, Specialty & Chemicals Packaging, Masonry, and Hardscapes & Precast.
“Founded in 1957, TCC Materials has grown significantly through numerous expansions and acquisitions to enhance our offerings in the Building Materials markets we serve,” says Senior Vice President and General Manager Brian DiGrado. “This consolidation will improve efficiency, simplify management, and enhance overall business performance.”

His division encompasses Amcon, Novabrik, Spec-Brik, Spec-Thermal and Spectra Glaze masonry brands, plus Versa-Lok, Borgert, Willow Creek, LedgeRock and NorthRock hardscape brands.

Joining Tenon in brands he and his team oversee are Akona, North Rock, TechMix, Rapid Patch, TechPro, Quikrete, Sakrete, Spec Mix, NorthRock, and Cherry Stone.

CONPROCO DEAL SPAWNS NEW ENGLAND SATELLITE
TCC Materials has acquired the Bow, N.H. packaging plant and other assets of Conproco Inc., which offers namesake concrete and masonry repair, restoration, coating and waterproofing products in bags or pails, plus ProMasonry series bagged mortar, grout and sand. The New Hampshire facility will operate as TCC Materials • New England, part of a network of 30-plus packaging, concrete masonry or hardscape unit, and precast concrete plants.
