CarbonCure Technologies of Halifax, N.S. has named Dave Donaldson as senior vice president of Sales & Marketing and Brad Vickers as inaugural vice president of Customer Success. A Command Akon veteran, Donaldson is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with decades of experience driving strategic growth and connecting the ready mixed concrete industry to high-return software and hardware solutions. He has held roles in sales, customer success, training and professional services, culminating in elevation to the Command Alkon Executive Leadership Team.

Building on a CarbonCure tenure of 10-plus years, Vickers will maximize the value of the company’s hardware and software products for concrete industry partners and champion customers across all organizational levels. His previous roles of field engineer, director of Engineering and head of Product have entailed developing, operationalizing and scaling CarbonCure processes and equipment installations across North America and Asia, plus spearheading a 2021 carbon credit program launch.

Presented by the SMU Cox School of Business, the Dallas 100 acknowledges companies that have demonstrated resilience, vision, and a capacity for sustained growth, celebrating the economic contributions and job creation driven by privately held companies in the Dallas area.

The award honors the fastest-growing private companies in north Texas based on three-year metrics. Among 2024 recipients, C&W DustTech is one of only four industrial manufacturing companies recognized, underscoring growth, adaptability and nearly five decades of leadership in dust collection.

Iowa-based Cemen Tech, volumetric concrete mixer market leader, has entered an exclusive partnership with construction and forestry equipment dealer West Side Tractor Sales to serve the northern Illinois and Indiana markets. West Side Tractor will offer Cemen Tech’s full line of mobile or fixed concrete production solutions, bringing greater accessibility and support to contractors or producers throughout the region. Overseeing the volumetric mixer program for Illinois and Indiana accounts are newly appointed Business Development Managers Drew Aldrich and Nathan Darter.
