TCC Materials has acquired the Bow, N.H. packaging plant and related assets of Conproco Inc., which offers namesake concrete and masonry repair, restoration, coating and waterproofing products in bags or pails, plus ProMasonry series bagged mortar, grout and sand. The New Hampshire facility joins a network of 30-plus packaging, concrete masonry or hardscape unit, and precast concrete plants across 11 states.
“The Conproco culture complements our strong devotion to service, understanding customer needs, technical support, and complete quality assurance,” says TCC Materials Senior Vice President & General Manager Brian DiGrado. “We look forward to the opportunities for integrating our current portfolio of products in conjunction with existing Conproco offerings as we look toward the future.”
“Leading this company has been my life’s work, and finding a partner that honors our past and shares our vision of the future is an extraordinary privilege,” adds Conproco Principal and President Chris Brown. “Becoming part of the TCC family is truly a perfect match of companies, culture, and sense of mission. I believe I speak for all of our staff in sharing the excitement of continuing our journey together.”
