Del Zotto Group opened the 2025 business calendar by closing on the assets of Gulf Coast Ready Mix LLC, primarily ready mixed and concrete block plants in Homosassa, Fla. Founded in 2003, Gulf Coast RM emerged as trusted supplier to builders and contractors in Citrus, Levy, Hernando, Marion, and Sumter Counties. It fostered a reputation for safe operating practices, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and tailoring concrete mix designs to meet diverse project needs. Its plants and fleet will now operate under the Del Zotto Concrete banner, alongside namesake Block and Products businesses.

The Del Zotto family has a 50-year legacy in precast drainage structures and formwork, more recently expanding its central Florida footprint to ready mixed and concrete block production. The shift reflects a commitment to meeting regional construction market demands while positively impacting customers with family members’ extensive industry experience. Philip Del Zotto equally shares operational responsibilities across Group ventures with siblings Abigail, Elizabeth, Mario, Mary and Miella. Their father, William John Del Zotto, founded the charter Del Zotto Manufacturing underground precast and formwork business.
