On the heels of two transactions, both announced after Labor Day, hardscape unit distributor and retailer Outdoor Living Supply has acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products and South-Atlantic Concrete Products, their respective Winston-Salem, N.C. and Cumming, Ga. locations serving residential and commercial accounts. Mid-Atlantic CP President and Managing Partner Ken Armistead has transitioned to a strategic role as ambassador. His South-Atlantic CP counterpart Rich Kearney continues with OLS as vice president of Commercial and Wholesale, a new post responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive recurring revenue from new and existing customers.
Both businesses enjoy strong professional builder and commercial contractor ties.
