Residential and commercial flatwork business franchisor Sam the Concrete Man seeks to secure more than 30 franchise agreements during the second half of 2022, closing a second consecutive year of triple digit growth. The company equips franchisees to offer exterior and interior flatwork services, including patterned stamped slabs, while providing technical and marketing support plus estimating and administrative programs.

“Sam the Concrete Man strives to create great experiences for customers and franchise owners, and the accelerated expansion we are experiencing serves as a testament to the positive impact of this collective focus,” says Vice President of Franchise Development Ronnie Musick. “We’ve already attracted a group of talented new franchise owners this year and look forward to partnering with even more in the coming months. With our proven business model, Sam the Concrete Man is primed for success in our target development markets and beyond.”

The company has signed 36 agreements year to date, he adds, and is aiming to add franchisees in such key markets as Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland and Seattle.
