“This is a strategically important addition to the Oldcastle APG family as we strive to offer complete outdoor living solutions to our customers across the country,” says President Tim Ortman. “Calstone fits seamlessly into our existing portfolio, elevating product lines and manufacturing capabilities in California to a new level.”

Established in 1947, Calstone produces hardscape units at Tracy (headquarters), Gilroy and San Martin plants. Oldcastle APG cites the producer’s reputation for “exceptional product quality and customer-centric approach to business across the building products industry.” Along with a stronger northern California market stake, Calstone positions its new owner to meet growing demand for sustainable building products, owing to a circular production process incorporating recycled materials.
