Meadow-Patch Smooth-Grade is a one-component, polymer-modified formulation imparting an ultra-smooth finish on precast, cast-in-place, tilt-up and other plain concrete surfaces or concrete masonry. The cement-based, sand-free material, product developers note, offers superior adhesion and durability; contains no added gypsum; allows vapor to readily pass through the surface; makes troweled applications easy with its smooth consistency; and, offers an extended pot life that allows for an increased working time over traditional concrete surface finishers.
With compressive strength development of 6,500 psi, Meadow-Patch Smooth-Grade suits filling imperfections, smoothing rough surfaces, repairing honeycombs, and dressing bug holes or other small defects in newly placed or existing surfaces. A creamy consistency allows for the product to be used as a concrete wash or parging material.
