McNeilus has appointed Jesus Crespo and Jim McReynolds as vice president and general manager, respectively, of the Concrete Mixers and Customer Support Solutions business units.

As successor to retiring 38-year veteran Tom Harris, who McNeilus honored during World of Concrete 2018, Crespo will lead product development, marketing and production. He arrives with 20-plus years in manufacturing management roles, most recently as vice president and general manager of the Illinois Tool Works Global Appliance Division.

A four-year member of the McNeilus Commercial team, McReynolds transitions from vice president of Sales & Marketing to Custom Support Solutions—overseeing parts, service, technical support, regional facilities and training under the Street Smart banner. He joined the company after 30-plus years in various leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc., including global paving business president.

The appointments support a new, simplified corporate structure with three distinct business units: Concrete Mixers, Customer Support Solutions (formerly Aftermarket Parts and Service) and Refuse Collection Vehicles. “This allows the company to leverage decades of experience and renew our focus on delivering specific products and services that are vital to the success of our customers,” says McNeilus Senior Vice President Brad Nelson. “We have equipped each unit with the resources necessary to ensure their independence and success through end-to-end accountability. These resources include human resources, finance, sales, marketing and operations functions.”
