Pleasant, S.C., development with durability equal to the coastal climate.

The 105,000-sq.-ft. elevated precast structure exhibits textural diversity not seen in a typical office building, he adds. Wood grain, brick inlay and various architectural concrete finishes blend with the surroundings of a Charleston-neighboring community.
