Advanced precast concrete production methods positioned Tindall Corp. to deliver an environmentally appropriate and visually attractive structure located in South Carolina’s low country. |
“We create structures that withstand the test of time,” says Tindall President Greg Force. “The Shem Creek structure is a testament to our precast technology and its adaptability in all locations.”
The 105,000-sq.-ft. elevated precast structure exhibits textural diversity not seen in a typical office building, he adds. Wood grain, brick inlay and various architectural concrete finishes blend with the surroundings of a Charleston-neighboring community. The variety of materials allowed for a streamlined schedule and budget.
