White Construction Co. and The GEO Group have awarded Tindall Texas Division a contract covering precast structural and facade elements, including cell modules, for a 1,000-bed detention facility in Conroe, Texas. GEO Group recently secured a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement contract for the $110 million project, and expects to design, finance, build, and operate it under a 10-year agreement.

“We appreciate the confidence White Construction and GEO Group have in Tindall and our ability to deliver the best precast products on the market in an efficient, effective and economical manner,” says Tindall Corp. President Greg Force, noting the that facility is scheduled for late-2018 completion.
