Leading dust control system specialist C&W Manufacturing has effected a recapitalization with B12 Capital Partners, LLC and three other Kansas City-area investors, noting that the move will provide a stronger footing into the future with expanded sales, investments and technology.

CEO Deryl Beakley, who has owned C&W since 1992 and guided it to leadership in concrete and construction dust control solutions, retains his title and a minority stake in the business. The company will remain in central Texas with current management team and employees.

“We look forward to a synergistic partnership with B12 and expanding our product line and market presence in the concrete industry,” says Beakley. “Our customers will remain the driving force to provide quality products and outstanding service. Our business philosophy will not change; it will only improve over the coming years.”

“C&W Manufacturing is a great company that does business throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America,” notes B12 Capital’s Mike Wedel, partner. “It’s a well-run company with a great management team that we’re proud to be a part of.” B12 Capital has served in operating and investor roles in material handling businesses, he adds, and has a solid understanding of the industry.
