NRMCA is encouraging ready mixed producer participation in the 31-question 2016 Mixer Driver Recruitment & Retention Survey, which continues through June 30 here or through a link at the www.nrmca.org home page. The association aims to build on findings from last year’s inaugural survey, where respondents reflected on challenges, demographic trends, and key metrics within a nearly 20,000-driver pool, or more than 25 percent of the industry’s delivery professionals.
