STU BENTLEY

Dallas-based Vince Hagan Co. has appointed Stu Bentley as Western regional sales manager & products plants/mixing specialist. With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Bentley joins the batch plant manufacturer from the BHS-Sonthofen North America Division in Charlotte, N.C., where he managed twin shaft mixer sales and installations.

BMC Enterprises Inc., the parent of St. Louis-based Breckenridge Material Co., has acquired Lincoln County Sand & Gravel, noting that the business—to be operated as BMC Sand LLC—represents a long-term strategic value as a significant natural glacial sand & gravel deposit for downstream ready mixed and asphalt production facilities. The BMC Sand chartering follows the launch of BMC Asphalt LLC earlier this year.

Darin Matson has succeeded Gerard Geraghty as president and chief executive officer of Nashville-based aggregate giant Rogers Group Inc. Matson has held key leadership positions at Rogers and other companies during a 27-year career in aggregates, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Geraghty had announced his retirement ahead of a spring meeting of the Rogers Group board, where he will continue to hold a seat.

Iowa Mold Tooling Co. has promoted Tom Wallace to sales manager from the regional sales manager position he has held since 2008. He will direct the sales team to further strengthen the IMT distributor network, and grow tire service sales. Wallace joined IMT in 2000 after eight years in sales and service management for Galesburg, Ill., John Deere dealer Kleine Equipment Services.

JONATHAN RANDALL

Mack Trucks has appointed Jonathan Randall senior vice president, North American Sales, reporting to President Dennis Slagle. Randall has 23 years of experience in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle business, and has held senior commercial positions with several original equipment manufacturers. He will be based at the Greensboro, N.C., headquarters.

Rick Bodnar has joined XL Specialized Trailers as South Central Region sales manager, responsible for accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Arkansas and Louisiana. He succeeds Rodney Crim, who has transitioned to vice president of Sales. Bodnar comes to XL with 20-plus years of experience in heavy haul trailer sales. He most recently served as Load King national sales manager.

Hyundai Forklift has named Gary Blodgett as West Coast region technical service representative, responsible for dealer support through service and warranty department programs. He will be based in California, reporting to Ernesto Lopez, service manager at Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas. Blodgett joins Hyundai Forklift with 30 years’ experience in the forklift industry.

Dodge Data & Analytics, the leading provider of subscription-based intelligence and analytics to the North American construction industry, has acquired Vancouver, B.C., data management specialist Ingenium Technologies Corp. Integration of Ingenium’s ConstructionPoints family of products into the Dodge product portfolio will be immediate, as the two companies have worked together for 16 years.
