Ontario-based Brampton Brick Ltd. was scheduled to close by this month on the concrete block line and other assets of Eurobloq Inc. in Boisbriand, Quebec. Valued up to $6 million, the transaction will add production and distribution capacity to meet demand for the suitor’s masonry and landscape products in Quebec and eastern Ontario.
