Stephens Mfg. is announcing at 2016 World of Concrete the Clydesdale Skid Base Self-Erecting Portable Decumulating Concrete Batch Plant, a heavy-duty model that can be deployed without a concrete foundation and installed by a standard load and gin pull in tandem with integral hydraulic devices—no crane required.

Standard components and features include tilt-away transportation system; 15-hp, 240-gal., 5-cfm air compressor; 200-amp enclosed power panel; SOS 1020 cartridge silo dust collector and SV20 filter bag batcher vent; 14-yd. cement batcher; gas engine-driven hydraulic power pack; discharge head with bolt-in, ¼-in. AR steel liners; permanently lubed gates; color-coded air lines; enclosed solenoid valves; and, 5-in. cylinders. Optional components include a water pump; ¼-in.
