NRMCA Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operations Gary Mullings and Vice President, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Kevin Walgenbach will lead a January 22 webinar addressing Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Hours of Service rule revisions, including 30-minute break terms, 24-hour restart provision, and circumstances requiring mixer drivers to use logs.
