Registration continues for the 2015 Concrete Decor Show, September 28–October 2 at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, and can be obtained at The show covers the full range of decorative concrete construction, including design, specification, preparation, placement, finishing, repair, resurfacing and maintenance—highlighting product applications and processes like precast, cast-in-place, coatings, finishes, flooring, countertops, landscape, pools, and vertical conditions. Joining contractors among attendees are design professionals, manufacturers, distributors/suppliers, resellers and retailers. Lead sponsors for the 2015 Concrete Decor Show are SureCrete Design Products and Kingdom Products.

The event focuses exclusively on the fast-growing residential and commercial decorative concrete market. “Many would agree that decorative concrete has emerged as the face of the industry,” observes Decorative Concrete Resources owner Todd Scharich. “With its high visibility usage, 50+ years of history and full acceptance within the design and-build community, decorative concrete represents a vital industry positioned for growth.”

Each year the Concrete Decor Show travels to a different host city; rather than applying products to concrete samples or surface that are discarded at the end of the event, organizers target training workshops to transform and improve a local charitable organization’s space using new techniques, solutions and products. This year, hands-on training workshops will benefit the nationally recognized The Julian Center, which has been supporting victims of domestic violence and other life crises since 1975.

“Our goal is to share the talent and skills demonstrated by our training workshops. Decorative concrete is meant to be seen and enjoyed,” says event producer and Concrete Decor publisher Bent Mikkelsen. “An industry leader in decorative concrete systems, T.B. Penick & Sons Inc., generously supports [the] non-profit project with innovative design and commitment to exceptional quality that will create a functional space with a feel of healing and hope for survivors at The Julian Center.” — ProTrade Publications, Eugene, Ore.
