Designed and written in-house, and compatible with most Apple and Android devices, it provides ready mixed concrete sales personnel, plant managers and owners live business intelligence.

On-Demand functions afford Keystone users—and, within certain parameters, their customers—immediate access to such focused information as drill-down schedule data from plant overview to ticket detail; truck on-job times and live GPS mapping of fleet; account balances and ticket history; and, tools enabling sales staff to solve problems in the field.

Billed as the “Intelligent Mobile App,” Keystone On-Demand opens up what programmers contend is a new realm of streamlined customer service possibilities, its functions providing an immediate overview of focused plant, fleet, accounting and sales management information. GivenHansco plans on expanding the mobile app platform across the entire Keystone product line.

“Rather than mimic the functionality of our desktop applications, we took great care to create an app focused on the essential tasks that mobile employees need to accomplish,” says GivenHansco President Mike Sanders. “On-Demand is responsive and easy to use with a clean, modern design. [It] leverages the vast array of data from the Keystone Office Suite yet doesn’t overwhelm the user with information overload.”

“The key inspiration for On-Demand is to put the power of Keystone in the palm of your hand. With anytime, anywhere access to critical information, producers [can] serve their customers in a newly effective and efficient manner,” adds Vice President Ron Wallace.
