Minnesota-based Cemstone Products Co. received the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association Excellence in Quality Award for a fourth consecutive year.
“We are continually striving to refine our quality management practices, mix design development, raw material selection and operational procedures. This award helps to showcase ready mixed concrete as the ideal, sustainable building material for almost every type of construction project,” says Cemstone QA/QC Manager of Engineering Services Lars Anderson.
Aiming to recognize producers that demonstrate continuous improvement through their quality initiatives, the NRMCA Research Engineering and Standards Committee established competition criteria based on the association’s quality management systems guideline.
